Orders
We are accepting orders and making every effort to supply in a timely manner. Stock levels are good for most products but there may be some longer wait times or delays. No walk-in customers.

Service Calls/Onsite Work
Maintaining pubic infrastructure remains permitted during Stage 4. Our staff are available for service calls/onsite work with the following safety precautions:
• A copy of the sites COVID Safe Plan is provided prior to our attendance.
• Site will be contacted with no less than 24hrs notice to confirm the site is safe and no individuals from that site have suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Delivery
We use Allied Express, Couriers Please and Australia Post. Customers can also select their own carrier. Please advise sales staff of any delivery notes at the time of placing the order. Transit times or delays are unfortunately beyond our control.
Customer Pick Up
Contactless collection is available from our Ringwood factory but limited to trade account customers and only by prior arrangement.
We are following the strict Australian Government guidelines to ensure everyone is safe. We have implemented safe distances of 1.5 metres between customers and employees, face masks must be worn at all times.
